Under Maltese law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The return process is as follows:

• The buyer must notify the Seller of their intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
• Products should be returned to the Seller’s address at the buyer’s cost, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product being sent.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the Seller will issue a refund, excluding delivery charges, within 14 days.
